% 15.04.2019 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that she has received the seniority list. Copy of the same has been served on learned counsel for the petitioners as well as tendered in Court.

We direct the respondents to place the same on record along with an affidavit within two weeks. In the said seniority list the position of respondent No.3 in the Original Application - HH Khokar is shown as 1720, whereas the names of the petitioners are lower in seniority positions. In our view, the petitioners have fresh cause of action with the issuance of the said seniority list and would have to agitate their rights & claims in separate Original Application.
