Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that in the Review Medical Board vis-a-vis., the petitioner was conducted on 07.05.2024, the latter has been declared fit and the matter is currently under process and has been forwarded to Chairman, Staff Selection Commission, respondent No. 2.

Vide order dated 01.04.2024, it has already been directed that the Chairman, Staff Selection Commission shall act in accordance with law.
