This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendant No. 1 and all others acting on their behalf from soliciting, manufacturing, selling, offering for sale, exporting, advertising, marketing, directly or indirectly dealing in any goods under the impugned marks and any other formative marks or variation thereof identical or deceptively similar with Plaintiff's registered trademark ORIENT amounting to infringement and/or passing off, amongst other reliefs.

between Plaintiff and Defendants No. 1 and 2 have been amicably resolved and a Settlement Agreement dated 23.04.2026 incorporating the terms of settlement has been executed and placed on record. 3.

It is pointed out that inadvertently, the number of days have not been mentioned in paragraph 3 of the settlement agreement. Learned counsel for Plaintiff seeks time to file another copy of the Settlement Agreement with the number of days duly filled in paragraph no. 3, signed by the respective parties. Let the same be placed on record within two days from today. 4.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties, which shall form a part of the decree and bind the parties thereto. 5.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 6.

Suit along with the pending applications stand disposed of. 7.

Plaintiff is held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
