Counsel for parties have drawn attention to the settlement agreement dated 06th December 2024, arrived at with the facilitation of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The settlement agreement is on record of this Court.

The said agreement has been signed by the parties and counter singed by the respective counsels. The Court has perused the agreement and finds it to be lawful and acceptable.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 06th December 2024.

The parties shall be bound by the terms of settlement. 5.

Decree sheet be drawn accordingly.
