The present petition is filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 22.02.2024 and 24.02.2024 as submitted by the petitioner and the process of selection and appointment of Oath Commissioner in pursuance of notification dated 12.01.2024 issued by the respondent no. 1 in furtherance of notification dated 22.12.2023 issued by the respondent no. 3. 2.

After brief arguments, the petitioner who is appearing in person, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and stated that he will apply for the post of Oath Commissioner as and when it is advertised by the concerned authority.
