The present petition has been filed seeking permission to travel to United Kingdom on the ground that the parents of the petitioner reside there. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the previous order where he was permitted by the concerned court to travel abroad. 3.

On the last date of hearing, the petitioner was asked to furnish travel arrangements with respect to his ensuing journey. 4.

Today, on instructions, he submits that on account of the fact that travelling abroad is prohibited in view of the pandemic situation due to COVID-19, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh at an appropriate stage.
