% 19.05.2020 I.A. 3936/2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 1 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed by the parties jointly. The application is supported by affidavits of the Authorised Representatives of the Plaintiff and Defendant No. 1 as well as Defendant No. 2. It is stated in the application that the parties have amicably settled the matter. The terms of the settlement have been set out in the application and would form a part of this order. Parties will remain bound by the terms of the said settlement.

In view of the settlement between the parties there is no impediment in allowing the present application.

Application is accordingly allowed and Plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the present Suit.

Application is disposed of.
