As per the status report, the investigation into the said FIR involving offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC has already been concluded and a report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been submitted in the court of Magistrate on 6.5.2017 and copy of the status report has been made available to the counsel for the petitioner.
