Through the present Petition, the Petitioner prays for direction to the Respondents to release the benefit of ex-gratia in terms of Office Memorandum, as he was boarded out of service owing to disability on 24.02.2024.

Learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that the issue arising in the present Petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 4042/2025 captioned Kalu Ram vs. Union of India & Ors., decided on 10.12.2025.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position and with the consent of learned counsel representing the Respondents, the present Petition is disposed of while directing the Respondents to release the benefit of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
