The present petition alleges unauthorized construction at property bearing no.G-100, Block G & H, Kalindi Kunj Road, opposite Shaheen Bagh, near Metro Yard, Kalindi Kunj, New Delhi-110025. 2.

Learned counsel for MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property in question has been acquired for the purpose of DDA. He submits that the entire construction, referred to in the petition is unauthorized. He submits that the unauthorized construction in question has already been booked and that further action with regard thereto, shall be taken expeditiously in accordance with law.
