CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PURUSHAINDRA KUMAR KAURAV

O R D E R

% 29.11.2024 1.

Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in W.P.(C) 5841/2023 and W.P.(C) 13949/2023, draws the attention of the Court to the relief prayed in the instant writ petitions. He fairly contends that the matters were with respect to the Academic Session 2024-25 and at this stage, the cause raised in these writ petitions has been rendered infructuous.

The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in other writ petitions also submits that the nature of the relief in the instant writ petitions has been rendered infructuous.

4.

The Court, therefore, is of the opinion that since the Academic Session 2024-25 has elapsed, at this stage, no substantial relief can be granted to the petitioners.

5.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitions stand disposed of as rendered infructuous.

6.

However, legal issue involved herein is left open to be adjudicated in an appropriate case.
