Mr. Arun Birbal, learned standing counsel for respondent/DDA submits that pursuant to the directions dated 29th March, 2023, due hearing was granted to the petitioner. Further, calculation of an amount of Rs. 4,21,167/- has been indicated to the petitioner for payment for the purposes of conversion of the property bearing no.A-3/175, Sector-5, Rohini, Delhi from leasehold to freehold.

Since hearing has already been granted to the petitioner and the fresh calculation has also been indicated to the petitioner, Mr. Jintendra Kumar Sharma, petitioner-in-person submits that without prejudice to his rights and contentions he shall deposit the amount of Rs. 4,21,167/- for conversion of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
