By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks directions to respondent No.2/ District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-VI to trace the original files pertaining to CC No. 319/2009 (originally numbered as CC No. 733/2007) and place the same before respondent No.1/ Delhi State Consumer Redressal Commission.

Pertinently, in pursuance of this Court's order dated 3.04.2025, a report has been received from the President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-VI, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Vikas Bhawan, New Delhi, to the effect that the requisite records have been recovered and forwarded to the Delhi State Consumer Redressal Commission /respondent No.1 vide Letter No. DCDRC/ND/2025-26/695 dated 29.04.2025. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
