% 09.05.2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present habeas corpus petition, in view of the circumstance that Rahul, who was hitherto missing, has been recovered from Salam Balak Trust Home, ODRS Open Shelter, Mori Gate, Delhi on 20.04.2019 and his care, protection and custody has since been handed over to his parents by the Child Welfare Committee, Shahdara, Delhi, in accordance with law.

Leave granted.
