The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits Ms.

X was recovered on 29.04.2026 alongwith suspect/alleged Esmail whereafter, her medical (MLC No. 74/2026) dated 29.04.2026 was carried out and later she was sent to Rescue Home Kanjhawla.

to be recorded and thereafter, she will be produced before the Child Welfare Committee ["CWC"]. The further orders with respect to the custody of the minor child shall be as per the orders of the CWC. 4.

The parents of the girl child must be kept in loop of every step being taken by the respondents.
