The Writ Petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of the FIR No. 749/2016 under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Bindapur, District South-West. 2.

Status Report has been filed in the Court, which is taken on record. 3.

None is present on behalf of the petitioner.

According to the Status Report, the investigation reveals that no case of cheating/criminal case has been made out and the Closure Report is being filed in the said FIR before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. 5.

In view of the submissions made, nothing more survives in the present Petition, which is hereby disposed of.
