BAIL APPLN. 896/2020 By the instant application, the applicant seeks anticipatory bail in the case FIR No.501/2019, P.S. Bawana. In the FIR itself, there are specific allegations for the role attributable to the applicant. During the course of hearing, Mr. Rao, ld. counsel for the applicant comes forward to state that the applicant shall surrender on the expiry of 10 days from today and that, for 10 days no coercive steps be taken against him inasmuch as the niece of the applicant is getting married. Taking note of the totality of facts and circumstances and the submissions that have come to be made by Mr. Rao, the application is
disposed of with the direction that the applicant shall surrender on the expiry of 10 days from today and till then, the IO shall not initiate any coercive steps against the applicant. Any other application would also stand disposed of in view of the foregoing.
