This application has been filed under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking cancellation of Anticipatory Bail granted to the respondent no.2 vide Order dated 24.03.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-01/Special Judge/POCSO, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in Bail Appln. 702/2022 titled as State v. Gulshan Arora. 2.

None has been appearing for the petitioner. Today also, though the matter was called twice, none has appeared for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the petition.
