% 25.04.2019 Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.43/2019, under Sections 376/506 IPC, registered at police station Nabi Karim, Delhi while claiming to be innocent.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits on instructions from the prosecutrix who is present in the court that the prosecutrix aged 28 years and petitioner have recently married on 8th April, 2019. Without commenting upon merits of this case, it is directed in the event of arrest, petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer. It is made clear that if petitioner is found to be misusing the concession of bail, then respondent-State is at liberty to get this order BAIL APPLN. 846/2019
