In terms of the order dated 19.05.2023 passed by the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 4233/2023 titled Shri Lachman Dass Kapoor vs. Municipal Corporation of Delhi & Ors, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petitions alongwith the annexures may be treated as representations to the Special Task Force (STF) and the STF be directed to dispose of the writ petitions in a time bound manner. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present petitions are disposed of with a direction to the STF to consider the present writ petitions as representations and dispose of the same in a time bound manner. preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of the present writ petitions.

Since STF is not a party to the present writ petitions, the petitioners are at liberty to furnish or submit the present writ petitions alongwith all the annexures, annexed thereto to the STF for compliance of the aforesaid directions. The same be done within one week from today. 4.
