The present Petition has been filed on account of non-payment of medical reimbursement to the Petitioner despite the claim having already been sanctioned.

Learned counsel representing the Respondents submits, upon instructions, that the claim of the Petitioner shall be finally considered and, if found payable, the admissible amount shall be released within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
