The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a) Quash/Set - aside "History Sheet" opened a propos the Petitioner Shri Mohd. Latif Khan S/o Late Shri Hafiz Khan R/o House No. 424, Block P - 1 Sultan Puri Nithari, New Delhi -86, his name being in Bundle "A"; and/or b) Quash the Petitioner's name kept as "Bad Character" since the year 2013 and consequential entries of the name of the Petitioner Shri Mohd. Latif Khan in the Surveillance Register No. 10, Part II (B) of Police Station Sultanpuri, Delhi; and/or c) Grant any further relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 2.
