Mr. Anupam Srivastav, learned counsel for the respondent states, at the outset, that he will communicate the location of shelter homes where the petitioner can be immediately accommodated in view of the prevalent coronavirus pandemic. Mr. Srivastava will communicate the names of the shelter homes to Mr. Gagan Vaswani, learned counsel for the petitioner today by 5:00 P.M.

Upon Mr. Srivastava's statement as aforesaid, Mr. Vaswani seeks leave to withdraw this petition.
