This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.'), seeking quashing of the notice dated 12.03.2024 in Complaint No.81700512400058 dated 13.01.2024 issued by the Police Station: Tilak Nagar, New Delhi, directing the petitioner to join inquiry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that post the filing of the present petition, the petitioner has joined the inquiry and has furnished the requisite documents and information to the Investigating Officer (IO).
