Heard the petitioner who appeared in person and learned counsel representing the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. 2.

On being pointed out that the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India may not be entertained in the present form, for the reasons that it contains averments relating to alleged constructions in violation of building by-laws and other regulations but also contains averments in relation to two private properties owned by two private individuals where as well, according to the petitioner, certain constructions are going on and an attempt is being made to usurp their properties, the petitioner states that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in respect of the public causes sought to be espoused by the petitioners with a further liberty to those individuals to take The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
