% 04.12.2019 Respondent No.2, who is the complainant of FIR No.434/2015, under Sections 385/34 IPC, registered at police station Shahdara, Delhi, quashing of which is sought by petitioners on the ground that the dispute stands amicably resolved with respondent No.2, submits that no settlement has taken place with petitioners and therefore, the FIR in question be not quashed.
