The petitioner, a national of Congo, is accused of an offence under Section 9A read with Section 25A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 [hereinafter referred to as "the NDPS Act"]. She seeks interim bail in Complaint Case No.SC/305/2019. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that she is suffering from HIV and BAIL APPLN. 910/2020

from a utero-vaginal prolapse and requires medical treatment, for which she seeks interim bail.

Mr. Ajay Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition, but requests that the jail authorities be directed to provide the necessary treatment to the petitioner. 4.

The petition alongwith all pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the jail authorities will arrange for the necessary medical treatment to be provided to the petitioner. PRATEEK JALAN, J MAY 14, 2020 'j'
