Present application has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. for modification of order dated 22.05.2020 in pursuance to FIR No.499/2019 registered at Police Station Hari Nagar for the offence punishable under section 302 IPC.

In view of the reasons stated in the present application and submission of counsel for the parties, I am of the view that clause (ii) of para 5 is not required, therefore, the said clause is hereby deleted from the order dated 22.05.2020.
