Vide the last order dated 14.05.2020, an opportunity had been granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to file the amended prayer clause in the Bail Application [BAIL APPL.908/2020] incorporating the relief sought in clear terms. The same seems to have been filed. However, a medical certificate/prescription has also been filed which, as pointed out by learned APP for the State, clearly shows an overwriting on the date. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.

The Bail Application along with pending applications is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
