The present petition has been filed seeking the following prayer: A. Allow the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the investigation in FIR 146 of 2023 registered at PS Okhla Industrial Area be transferred to some other investigating agency as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.

However, the aforesaid prayer has been rendered infructuous as the investigation has already been completed and a charge sheet has been filed. 3.

In view of the foregoing, no further directions are called for in the present petition. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
