An affidavit on behalf of R1 is stated to have been filed today only. Let it be taken on record. Mr Sikri, ld. Counsel for R-2 on instructions submits that the impugned termination letter dated 01.05.2020 is withdrawn and the liberty to initiate fresh action as may be permissible as per the rules, regulations and laws is reserved.

In view of the foregoing statement made on behalf of R-2, Mr. Dabas, ld. counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant writ petition with the

liberty to assail the fresh action that may be initiated by R-1 or R-2 as it may require in accordance with law.

Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforegoing submissions. It is however made clear that any observation made by the Court in the instant proceedings shall not prejudice any plea(s) / action(s) as may be initiated by either of the parties.
