When the matter is called out, nobody appears for the petitioner. We have heard learned Standing Counsel for the Government of NCT of Delhi/respondent. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Government of NCT of Delhi/respondent that vide latest notification dated 09.06.2020, the earlier notification pertaining to imposition of Special Corona Fee on liquor dated 04.05.2020, which is under challenge, has been withdrawn.
