Petitioner who had been facing trial in complaint Case i.e. CT case 16554/2019 under Section 138 of Negotiable instruments Act, 1881 has filed the present petition seeking quashing of such complaint. 2.

However, it has now been informed that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and, in terms of settlement, the complainant i.e. respondent herein has already withdrawn his complaint and, therefore, nothing further survives in the present matter. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent also confirms the abovesaid fact. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is hereby disposed of as having become infructuous.
