% 07.02.2017 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is carrying on the work of repair of tyres and puncture since the year 2002 at Near Petrol Pump, LSC Market, Madangir, New Delhi-110003, however he has been disturbed and obstructed by the officials of respondent no. 1. Counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner is an unauthorised squatter and he has put up an unauthorized semi-pucca structure, which is evident from the photograph, which has been filed alongwith the counter affidavit.

After some hearing, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition at this stage.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
