This application has been filed by petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition pursuant to settlement arrived at between the parties on 29th May 2024, which is on record of this Court.

Counsel for respondent no.2 is also present in the Court, and confirms that the settlement was executed between all relevant parties. 3.

Application is allowed.

Parties will take all requisite steps in compliance with the settlement and shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. 5.

Considering above settlement between the parties, it is directed that impugned order dated 28th March 2019 in Crl. Rev Pet 107/2018, shall not be given effect to.
