% 22.01.2016 CM No. 2515/2016 Exemption application is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 611/2016 & CM No. 2514/2016 We have heard the counsel for the petitioners, but are not inclined to issue any interim order directing that the respondents would not declare the result. It is noticed that the examination in question was conducted between 16th May, 2015 to 24th May, 2015 and the petitioners have not been declared successful. The tribunal by the impugned order dated 11th
January, 2016 has issued notice to the respondents returnable on 8th March, 2016. Given the facts, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the tribunal, which had not granted ex parte stay against declaration of final results. The writ petition is dismissed. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
