% 15.05.2020 The only grievance made through the present petition by the petitioner is that the copy of the FIR bearing No.146/2020, PS Dabri, has not been supplied to the petitioner nor has it been uploaded on the website of Delhi Police.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the proceedings being under Sections 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the FIRs thereunder are not uploaded in relation thereto but the copy of the FIR would be supplied today itself to the learned counsel for the petitioner whose email address is at page-8 of the petition i.e. nitin.garg@knowlex.in.
