Heard the learned Counsel for the Appellant.

This intra-court Appeal seeks to challenge an order dated 07.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby W.P.(C) 4505/2026 ("Writ Petition") filed by the Appellant, has been dismissed. 3.

The Appellant has instituted the proceedings of the Writ Petition against an order, whereby the application made by the Appellant for bringing the closure report and the petition filed before the National Company Law Tribunal on record, was rejected. The learned Single Judge has observed that the Appellant will have adequate opportunity to challenge the correctness of the order passed by the Arbitral Tribunal once an award is made and the same is subjected to challenge under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The view taken by the learned Single Judge is correct. made in exercise of its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 against an order passed by the Arbitral Tribunal. Such frequent interference by this Court in the proceedings of the Arbitral Tribunal is not warranted unless circumstances so exist.

For the aforesaid reasons, we are not inclined to entertain this Appeal, which is hereby dismissed.
