The hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. 2.

The parole of the petitioner was extended till 03.06.2020. It is stated in view of the order dated 15.05.2020 passed in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 while taking suo moto cognigance of the extraordinary circumstances, this Court directed as follows: "3. Since some of the restrictions imposed by the Government of India are still in operation, and taking note of the extraordinary circumstances, in continuation of this Court's order dated 25th March, 2020, we hereby order that in all matters pending before this Court and Courts subordinate to this 14

4. Court, wherein the interim orders issued, as mentioned in our order dated 25th March, 2020, were subsisting as on 15.05.2020 and expired or will expire thereafter, the same shall stand automatically extended till 15.06.2020 or until further orders, except where any orders to the contrary have been passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in any particular matter, during the intervening period. 4. In case, the extension as mentioned hereinabove of the interim order causes any hardship of an extreme nature to any party to such proceeding, they are at liberty to avail appropriate remedy as per law." 3.

In view of the order dated 15.05.2020 passed in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 this petition stands disposed while extending the parole of the petitioner till 15.06.2020. Pending application if any, also stands disposed of.
