% 12.05.2016 Learned APP submits that the cross-examination of the prosecutrix is still to be recorded which is disputed by the counsel for the petitioner who submits that her cross-examination was completed on 4th April, 2016 and her statement has been filed in the Registry on 11th May, 2016 vide diary No. 143576. Registry to place the same on record.

Now, at this stage, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the application with liberty to move appropriate application before the Trial Court. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted and the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
