Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with the liberty to move an application before the Trial Court to allow him to deposit in cash a sum of Rs.50,000/- to comply with one of the terms and conditions of the impugned bail order. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. 2.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petition.
