O R D E R

% 22.04.2016 Present proceedings have been initiated on a complaint received from the petitioner seeking a direction to the SHO, Police Station Khajuri Khas, NorthEast District, in case FIR No.892 dated 18.8.2015 registered under Section 363 IPC, to trace her sixteen years old daughter. In the complaint, the petitioner has alleged that her daughter was kidnapped and the Police have failed to recover her daughter.

On the last date of hearing, Mr.Mehra, learned Standing Counsel for the State, had submitted before this Court that the daughter of the petitioner was traced at Beas. The daughter of the petitioner was directed to be produced before this Court.

Today, none is present on behalf of the petitioner. Mr.Mehra, learned Standing Counsel for the State, on instructions from the concerned SHO, who is present in Court, submits that the girl was recovered and her custody was handed over to the CWC, who in turn has handed over the girl to her mother.

In view thereof no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
