Mr. A Raja Singh, Manager of the respondent/School appears with the record and submits that three months' salary of the petitioner is due for May, June & July 2022. The grant in aid was stopped on 31.10.2023. To put an end to controversy, submits that the due salary would be paid within four weeks with a right reserved to avail remedies in accordance with law for recovering the grant in aid of the salary paid to the petitioner from the Department of Education.
