It is the case of the petitioner that post detention of the goods imported on 29th October 2025, which in his opinion are unfinished products, a provisional release request was made on 28th November 2025, which remained undecided till this date.

The learned counsel for the respondent, in response to the above, submits that the said request moved by the petitioner at Annexure P/15 shall be decided within a reasonable period and, in any case, not later than 10 days from today.

In that view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by accepting the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent.
