This petition has been filed for setting aside impugned order dated 24th March 2026, passed by the District Judge, South-West, Dwarka Courts in CS DJ ADJ 804/2018.

The impugned order is an interlocutory order closing the right of defendant to cross-examine PW1, considering that multiple and numerous opportunities were given, as is stated in the impugned order. 3.
In the opinion of this Court, this petition is not maintainable under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 4.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.

It is up to petitioner to seek remedies in accordance with law. 6.
