The present petition has been filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of an appropriate writ directing the Respondent No.1- Registrar Cooperative Societies (hereinafter, 'RCS') to re-consider the appointment of Mr. M. Ravi Kanth as the Administrator-cum-Returning Officer of the Prem Kutir CGHS Ltd. (hereinafter, 'Society').

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioners submit that the short issue that arises in the present petition is that the Administrator-cum-Returning Officer is appointed in respect of the Society, however, the Audit has not been directed by the said Administrator-cum-Returning Officer. 4.

Administrator-cum-Returning Officer has been directed to get the Audit also conducted of the Society.
