The present petition impugns the order framing charge. During the pendency of the present petition, the trial has progressed and is now almost on the verge of completion.

In light of the aforesaid developments, Mr. Saurabh Sharma, counsel for the Petitioner, submits that he seeks to withdraw the present petition while reserving the Petitioner's rights and contentions to be urged before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, and the withdrawal of the petition shall not be construed as any observation thereon.
