Petitioner has assailed order on charge dated 07.03.2026 of the learned trial court and seeks quashing of case FIR No. 88/2025 of PS Chitranjan Park for offence under Section 376 IPC. 2.

It appears that earlier, the petitioner filed another similar petition for quashing the same FIR, but that petition was dismissed on 11.11.2025 by the co-ordinate bench, granting liberty to raise the same arguments before the trial court at the stage of charge and to approach this Court again, if required.

The petitioner argued on charge but the learned trial court rejected those arguments and directed framing of charge. Hence, this second petition. 4.
