The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the letter dated 8th August, 2022 whereby the regularisation application filed by the petitioner has been rejected.

After some hearing, Mr. Naginder Benipal appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid rejection order by filing an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD.
