The present bail application has been filed seeking interim bail for a period of days in FIR No.
342/2018 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC registered at Police Station Ashok Vihar, Delhi. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also involved in another case being FIR No. 34/2019 under Sections 406/420/120B IPC registered at Police Station Prasad Nagar where he initially absconded and was arrested later. He submits that vide order dated 24.04.2020, the petitioner has been admitted to interim bail in the said FIR for a period of 45 days on account of the fact that he is suffering from diabetes and hypertension.

In the present bail application, the petitioner is seeking interim bail on the ground that his parents as well as in-laws who are staying at his own
house in Indore and need medical care and attention. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner to show his bonafide voluntarily offers and undertakes to pay an amount of Rs.15,00,000/- to the complainant within a period of three days from today. 4.
Learned APP for the State duly assisted by learned counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioner besides being involved in FIR No. 34/2019 is also involved in third case being FIR No. 36/2019 under Sections 406/420/467/468/471/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Safidon, Jind Haryana. She further submits that in the present case, charge-sheet has been filed under Sections 467/468/471/120B IPC.

A Status Report has been placed on record. As per the Status Report, it has been verified that the petitioner's in-laws are staying with the petitioner's famiy in Indore. It has also been verified that the petitioner's mother-in-law was examined for cancer in her right breast at CHL Hospital Indore.

The petitioner's undertaking to voluntarily pay Rs.15,00,000/- to the complainant within three days from today is accepted and taken on record. The petitioner is bound by the same.

Let the amount of Rs.15,00,000/- be paid to the complainant within three days from today preferably by electronic transfer. Learned counsel for the complainant shall provide the necessary details in this regard to counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and subject to the aforesaid undertaking, the petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/-
with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent and subject to the following conditions :- (i) The petitioner shall not get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witness directly or indirectly and shall not make any effort to tamper with the evidence. (ii) The petitioner shall provide his mobile telephone number to the concerned IO/SHO which he undertakes to keep operational at all times and shall further remain in touch on telephone with the I.O. Vinod Yadav (Mobile No. 9990001324) on every Monday during the period of his release. Further, on every Monday and Friday, he will 'drop-a-pin' on the Google map app to indicate his location.
(iii) The petitioner shall surrender at the expiry of his release period.

With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. 10.
